              Joseph Stanton

                 Joseph Stanton's books of poems include A Field Guide to the Wildlife of Suburban O'ahu, Imaginary Museum: Poems on Art,

                 Cardinal Points: Poems on St. Louis Cardinals Baseball, and What the Kite Thinks.  His poems have appeared in such journals

                 as Harvard Review, Ramrod--A Literary and Art Journal of Hawai'i, New York Quarterly, and The Cortland Review.  His Ph.D.

                 is from New York University.  He teaches art history and American studies at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.  He can be
